Power-Josh!
"Need a Guy with a Toolbox?"
It's no joke... Sometimes it takes a lot of people to change a light bulb. You may have to put a tarp on the floor, put a ladder up, scrape off the paint on the light fixture, screw off the lens from the cover... See, I still haven't got to the light bulb yet!
So, you have two choices: You can do it yourself, provided that you are in a good shape, have the insurance (just in case) and, above all, know how to take things apart. (Some fixtures are pretty complicated, you know.) Or, just call Josh-Wash!
All of us at Josh-Wash happened to be very handy. (Because I hire them.) And by being in this trade, we have seen millions of light fixtures, stuck windows, squeeky doors, falling gutters, leaking ceilings, wobbling tables, smelly catboxes.... You got the picture. As Francis Bacon once said "knowledge is power." And we know what it means!
I am still working on my general contractors license exam. (Geez, who said "knowledge is power?") Until I pass the test (Let's keep our fingers crossed!), we can only contract a project whose value is $500 or less. Usually we just charge $100 per hour for any odds and ends home repair. So please list up all the jobs around the house and call us!
